One-of-One Building Collective is an award-winning builder led by husband and wife team Stefan and Gabrielle Bieber. Their many years of combined experience in building, land and real estate development, design and marketing has given One-of-One Building Co. a legitimacy far beyond its years. With a 2017 expansion to British Columbia and a regional partnership with Karl Sterzer, One-of-One Building Co. now provides original builds in 2 provinces.

Consult
This is a time to learn more about you and your project! This initial 30-minute consultation call with a One-of-One team member will be a discovery discussion consisting of a few basic questions that will help us understand your project and answer any general questions you may have. We will also download you on our services and the collective approach.
02.
Concept
Let’s get in-depth to understand your project and all available details fully. If you already have a design, fantastic; if not, we’ll work with you to create a concept design that checks your boxes and is ready for pricing. We’ll also develop and establish a preliminary project specification through design meetings and concept boards to help to articulate the vision shared in the consultations stage. Deliverable at this stage will be a design concept, specification, and an initial budget based on the information mentioned above.
03.
Curate
This is where we make decisions regarding design and concepts, making this home custom to you. Product and material choices for both interior and exterior are gauged for aesthetic, quality and price to ensure they coincide with the design and budget goals. After selections have been determined, we will update the budget to see cost implications and consider alternative design options if required. Architectural, engineering and interior design drawings will be completed at this point with contract pricing, making your original home permit ready.

Construct
It is time to break ground and build your 1/1 original by executing the well-thought-out and detailed project plan. Construction begins and is monitored, while vendor coordination and trade partners are managed from start to finish to ensure a top-quality home.
